Rich Media advertisments are Adobe Flash or animated .gif files that change to deliver moving content.  Some allow interactivity, allowing you to play games, fill out forms or otherwise interact with the content.  Rich media advertisements present the greatest opportunity to present a message to a customer in a dynamic manner, but, they are the most expensive to display and require the greatest expertiese in design and delivery.
